0215

0215

Sad ....
Bad news from my workplace made this week full of anxiety.
Hardly sleep .... just fed a cup of instant noodle into the stomach .... a pic through the window at my bedroom at 0215 by my O2 mini.

My First B&W

My best friends

As my previous post said, I spent my last summer holiday at Europe with my friends. We took quite a lot of rolls and finally got some good accidental shots, at least I believed. One of them, I ever love one, was taken at Rome with my friends by black & white film; my first B&W. I cannot explain why I love this picture so badly that I find no other pictures better than this - Chung, Henry, me and the photographer, Stephen.

Cafe at Chatuchak

I had a 3 days trip to Bangkok at the end of March 2004. I purposely selected a weekend trip as I would like to visit the famous Chatuchak weekend market - one of the largest flea market in the world and opens during weekend only. You can find almost everything you want in Chatuchak.

Shopping at Chaktuchak you had better wear as less as possible because there is very very crowded and hot. Spent almost 4 hours over there, I brought quite a lot of favourites, very heavy, but still would like to keep shopping. However, it was too tired for me going on so I took a little rest at a cafe inside Chaktuchak.

Cafe

It was a very nice cafe, especially the shopkeepers. They served cool drinks which made me feel great refresh. Though the picture was not a good shot but I like it (cafe)!

Jiu Fen at Taipei

Jiu Fen

I have been traveling Taipei during last summer. I took this 2 shot at Jiu Fen, one of the places tourists come most when traveling Taipei. There is quite a lot of teashop especially made for tourist; I visited one of the biggest, expensive one.

My friend and I spent an hour over the teashop and had tasted their recommended traditional tea; NT1400. The teashop is decorated quite elegant but I like the ceiling most; comprised with many timber perlins and with traditional fan.

Though I might not come there again, tasting tea at Taipei is one of my favourite.
